Description:
This component is a protective cover or splash guard designed for Autoline™ series abrasive waterjet cutting head assemblies . It is a shield that attaches to the lower portion of the Autoline nozzle assembly to protect the operator and surrounding equipment from high-pressure water spray, abrasive splash-back, and debris generated during the cutting process . This guard is compatible with Autoline I, Autoline II, and Autoline Pro nozzle systems .

Applications:

• Used as a safety shield on Autoline™ abrasive waterjet cutting heads to contain water spray and abrasive particles during operation .

• Installed around the focusing tube (mixing tube) area at the bottom of the cutting head assembly .

• Suitable for ultra-high pressure waterjet systems, typically operating at 60,000 PSI (approximately 4,137 bar) and compatible with Autoline I, II, and Pro series cutting heads .

• Replace the guard if cracks, holes, or significant erosion are detected that would compromise its protective function.

• During routine cutting head maintenance, remove the guard to access the focusing tube retainer and focusing tube for inspection and replacement.

• Ensure the guard is properly reinstalled after any maintenance procedure before resuming cutting operations.

• Do not operate the waterjet cutting system without the guard in place, as this may expose operators to hazardous high-pressure spray and abrasive splash-back.
