05078530-AUTOLINE-ASSY.849.3-1
Product ID: 05078530 – Autoline™ Abrasive Nozzle Assembly
Description:
This component is the complete Autoline™ abrasive nozzle assembly, a complete cutting head assembly for abrasive waterjet cutting systems. It serves as the final stage of the high-pressure waterjet system, where the ultra-high-pressure water stream is combined with abrasive particles and focused into a coherent cutting jet. This assembly is designed for the Autoline I series cutting heads, which are known for their tool-free maintenance and self-aligning features .
The assembly includes the main nozzle body, mixing chamber, wear insert (0.030 inch diameter orifice size), and related internal components . It is designed to operate at 60,000 PSI (approximately 4,137 bar) and is compatible with standard Autoline I series focusing tubes and orifice assemblies .
Applications:
Used as the primary cutting head assembly on abrasive waterjet cutting machines .
Installed at the end of the high-pressure water line and abrasive feed tube to generate the abrasive cutting jet.
Suitable for cutting hard materials including metal, stone, glass, ceramics, armor plate, and composites .
Designed for integration into waterjet cutting systems requiring precise, high-performance cutting capabilities.
Features:
Complete assembly includes the nozzle body, mixing chamber, and wear insert (0.030 inch orifice diameter) .
Tool-free maintenance design allows for rapid replacement of wear components such as the water nozzle, mixing chamber, and focusing tube without requiring special tools .
Self-aligning precision design ensures perfect alignment between the orifice, mixing chamber, and focusing tube, extending the service life of consumable parts .
Constructed from high-strength, wear-proof materials including hardened stainless steel and tungsten carbide components to withstand extreme erosive conditions .
Engineered for 60,000 PSI (4,100 bar) ultra-high pressure operation .
Includes 0.030 inch diameter wear insert for optimized abrasive mixing and cutting performance.
Available in configurations with different orifice sizes (e.g., .043 wear insert) for varying application requirements .
Compact assembly dimensions: approximately 200 x 300 x 120mm .
Maintenance:
The Autoline assembly is designed for rapid, tool-free maintenance; wear parts can be replaced in seconds .
Regularly inspect the focusing tube (mixing tube) for bore wear, ovality, or flaring; replace when cut quality degrades.
Inspect the wear insert (mixing chamber) for erosion or diameter enlargement caused by abrasive flow; replace at scheduled intervals or when cutting performance decreases .
Inspect the water orifice (nozzle) for wear or blockage; clean or replace as needed .
During maintenance, disassemble the cutting head by hand; no special tools are required for disassembly or reassembly .
Before performing any maintenance, fully depressurize the waterjet system and follow lockout/tagout procedures .
Clean all components thoroughly with low-pressure water and a soft cloth; remove compacted abrasive debris from the mixing chamber .
When replacing wear components, ensure all mating surfaces are clean and free from debris before reassembly.
After reassembly, slowly pressurize the system and check for external leakage around all sealing surfaces.
For optimal performance, replace the wear insert and focusing tube simultaneously as a matched set.
Use only genuine replacement parts designed specifically for the Autoline I series assembly
